Terms of service
These terms cover the TerraVerta assistant, called Kai, and the Google app it uses to work with Google Drive.
What the service is
Kai is an AI assistant that works for TerraVerta and its clients. With the Google app, Kai reads and saves files in Google Drive folders that people choose to share with kai@terraverta.com.
Who may use it
The app is for TerraVerta, its staff and its clients. Sharing a folder with kai@terraverta.com means you agree that Kai may read and edit the files in it for the work you asked for.
Your files
Your files stay yours. Kai uses them only for your work, as described in the privacy policy. Remove kai@terraverta.com from a folder at any time to end Kai's access to it.
Checking the work
Kai is an AI assistant and can make mistakes. Check important results, such as drawings, figures and documents, before you rely on them or send them on.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows the current version.
